The OEA Executive Development Committee (chaired by Jim Hillas) is developing a series of panel discussions to help OEA members improve their business functionality. These discussions will call on many members of OEA to share their various expertise.
To begin, we will take a look at Starting a Business. Topics covered will include things like who should be on your professional team (e.g. a CPA) and what types of documents you should have. Even if your business has been around for a while - this will be a great refresher to make sure your business plan is up to date.

We will continue the panel discussions in the summer with a Growing a Business panel, and then in the fall with Selling a Business. Stay tuned for more details.
