Lisa became the Managing Director of the IEA in January 2020 - after serving as a Board member. She has also been the Executive Director of the Charlotte chapter (Executives Association of Charlotte - EAC) for the past 9 years. EAC proudly hosted the IEA Conference in Sept 2018 - while celebrating the 50th anniversary of their organization. Lisa is passionate about networking and helping business owners get connected. She has lived in Charlotte for over 35 years and is married with 3 kids - ages 4, 7, and 10.
