When you get testimonials like the following, you must be doing something right!
"Not being a fan of social media, I do not make it a practice to write reviews; however, my experience with Affordable Tire & Brake was so positive, I feel compelled to write this review: They provide great customer service- not only were they polite, friendly and appreciative that I would choose to be their customer, but they also listened.
When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was promptly checked it, and they explained that they would perform an overall assessment of the vehicle before jumping into the service that I had requested; They called with the results of that assessment, which I found to be accurate, comprehensive and well-priced; they had a prioritized recommendation for repairs and service, and did not try to hard sell me. My decision was to go forward with all that was suggested. I was concerned that they would not be able to complete it in the time frame that we had discussed when I made the appointment, but sure enough it was completed right on schedule.
Years ago, I would have automatically taken my vehicle to that local chain of tire stores (that guy from Prineville) but they have long forgotten about the level of service I received at Affordable Tire and Brake."
